How quickly will someone respond to my enquiry?
Phone calls are answered immediately or returned within the hour. Form submissions and emails are responded to within 24 hours — and usually much sooner during business hours. Urgent matters are always prioritised.
Can I visit your office without an appointment?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome during office hours (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, Sat 9am–1pm). However, we recommend calling ahead on +61 412 392 849 so we can ensure the right coordinator is available to give you the time and attention you deserve.
Do you have staff who speak languages other than English?
Absolutely. Our team collectively speaks over 15 languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Nepali, Arabic, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Tagalog, and more. When you contact us, let us know your preferred language and we'll connect you with a staff member who can assist you in that language.
What is a free consultation and what does it involve?
Our free initial consultation is a no-obligation conversation — by phone, video call, or in person — with one of our experienced care coordinators. We'll listen to your situation, answer your questions, explain all your options, and help you understand whether and how we can support you. There's no commitment required.
How do I make a complaint or provide feedback?
