Hey, I’m Kritika. I’ve been working as a support worker in the NDIS space for the past 1.5 years, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience—supporting people, understanding their needs, and being someone they can rely on. Now, I’m looking to take that same care and attention into the world of business admin. I’m passionate about helping things run smoothly behind the scenes and making sure people always feel heard and respected. I come from a Papua New Guinean and Indian background, and growing up on the islands has taught me the value of community, kindness, and patience—values I bring into every part of my work.
Kritika,
Support Worker
